Description & Remarks

Herbaceous biennial plants of Petra area in S Jordan. 40-70cm tall. Leaves large (to 20 cm long), divided-pinnate, outer lobe large and side lobes smaller, ovate-elongate. Inflorescences and flowers long stalked. Capsule egg-shaped to cone-like, 7-9 mm long, much longer than the calyx, distincly beaked on top.
