Description & Remarks
A perennial desert succulent. Stems are thick, 4 angled, silvery, narrowing toward their end (unlike C. europaea). The stems are fragile, they break and root in new sites. The flowers develop on the upper narrow part of the stems. Corolla is yellowish to flesh coloured, petals narrowed and hairy.
