Description & Remarks
Truffles were discovered in proximity to this species in the Southern Negev. Seffi HaNegbi, of the founders of Shaharout near Elat, found plenty of truffles near H. lippi growing in wadis. Truffles in commercial quantities in relation to H. lippi are reported in literature from Saudi Arabia.
