Description & Remarks

This plant was discovered in several unexpected habitats. The plant was discovered in coastal rocks of the Mediterranean; hence its name! The populations of hard-rock crevices agree with that habitat. However, it was discovered growing on mosses covering humus at the shade of Retama_raetam on stable sand. The plants of Fig. 103 are derived from that habitat. The populations discovered in rock crevices at the Judean Mts. are interesting as well.
