Description & Remarks

The occurrence of this species in Edom was reported in: Baierle H.U., El-Oqlah A.A. & K?rschner H. 1988. Some new and interesting records for the Flora of Transjordan. Notes Roy. Bot. Gard. Edinb. 45: 457-468.
The plant was found In Edom near Tafila. The authors suspected that it is escaped from cultivation. The one who finds it in natural habitats, such as rock crevices, is asked to collect several fruiting stems and send them to the herbarium at Givat Ram, Jerusalem
